a bit about us

My name is Sonya and I have owned and operated Mutts n Moggies Mobile Munchies since 2001.  For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to work in the pet industry and have now been involved in one way or another for over 20 years.
 
When I left school, I volunteered at Auckland Zoo with the Friends of the Zoo program during my weekends and began working with an Equine Vet.  I then moved onto work in a local boarding kennel and cattery.  From there I worked for Guide Dog Services for 8.5 years until I took over Mutts n Moggies from the previous owners.
 
During this time, I  completed courses in Veterinary Nursing, Animal Care and The Principals of Canine Behaviour paper.
