PAYMENT OPTIONS
Orders may be paid for by VISA, Mastercard, internet banking or cheque. If payment is made by internet banking or cheque, the goods will be dispatched once these funds show in our account. Orders paid for by credit card through the website will be dispatched immediately. If there are any problems with us being able to supply your order, we will contact you immediately.
Most food items on our website are regularly kept in stock, but some items will be ordered in as and when needed. Please allow up to 5 working days for your goods to be delivered thanks.
FOOD RETURNS
Your satisfaction is of primary importance to Mutts ‘n’ Moggies Mobile Munchies. We have a 100% money back guarantee on all of our food products. If any of our food products cause you dissatisfaction, you can return the unused portion for a full refund, less the delivery charges (if any). The product's unused proportion remaining must be 50% or more.
ACCESSORY RETURNS
Returns of accessories must be in the original packaging and must not have been used. Any used items can not be returned unless under the specific manufacturer’s warranty terms on the packaging i.e. faulty product.
How to Return a Product to Mutts ‘n’ Moggies
- Please phone us (09) 277 2110 or 021 212 6624 or send an email sales@mutmog.co.nz to inform us of your intent to return the goods within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- All pieces, parts and printed materials must be in their original packaging.
- Please use a trackable and or insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Alternatively items can be returned in person to us – please phone first to arrange a suitable time for this.
