As you can see from the subject heading, we are closing over the Christmas and New Year holiday period.

 

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES

 

We would like to remind you that coming up to Christmas, the courier companies are run off their feet with deliveries and some new relief drivers take over unfamiliar runs causing delays over this time.  Please make sure that you place any orders needed at least one week before you would need it to ensure that we are able to supply the goods to you.  This also allows some time for us to sort out any possible problems which may occur.  This may seem a bit over the top, but we have found that these issues unfortunately do happen at this time.  Please let us know as soon as possible if your order does not get to you within 3 working days after the order was placed.

 

 

AVENUE RETRACTABLE TAPE LEAD – SPECIAL PRICE

 

We have 20 of these leads shown at a special price of only $35.00 each.  RRP is $49.00.  They extend to 5 metres (16ft) and are suitable for dogs up to 30kg.  They are only available in black at this price and will sell very fast, so if you would like us to hold one for you until your next order is needed, we are happy to do so.

The 18kg bags are changing to 15kg bags and these will be coming through as the 18kg bags are sold out.  The 15kg price is $128.00 for both of these.  We now only have the adult maintenance 15kg bags in stock , but still have the 18kg LB adult bags for now.

NEW HOME NEEDED FOR COLA:

 

 

Cola needs a new home.  She is a (nearly) 3 year old Kenan Rottweiler (DOB Jan 10^th 2007).  She is spayed and vaccinated and has papers.  She is great around kids and has a lovely nature.   She is a bit shy when she first meets other dogs but she loves the company of other dogs once she gets to know them.

A passionate Newfie owner for 17 years, the proud owner of until just recently 3 beautiful newfies.  Sadly, due to my girl reaching 13 1/2yrs, and a sudden death of my boy at 10yrs of a brain tumour, I now have 1 girl of 7 yrs and myself, grieving for her 2 lost mates. Anyone knowing of a pure breed Newfie/s needing a loving home in the Waitakere Ranges, please contact me, The Newfoundland Club I belong to  do not have any rehouse available at present.

Hi Everyone – We hope that this newsletter finds you all well and that you enjoyed the recent long weekend.

 

We had a fantastic holiday recently in Dunedin and Wanaka and would like to thank you all for your understanding over this time.  Emma did a wonderful job for us and it was a lot for us to put onto her as well as her University classes – we are very lucky to have such a competent person working for us!!

 

 

On the 14^th October, I was fortunate to purchase another Petfood delivery company called Petfood 2 U.  This was a  Wellington based company who supplied pet food to customers in a similar way to us.  The majority of their customers are in Wellington,  but as they also couriered up to Auckland and everywhere in between (we do Whangarei to Wellington) this fits in very well with the way our business

 

 

The following is some important information for all our customers during this changeover time:

 This is a very exciting time for us but already some major stock changes have happened within Mutts n Moggies, so please make sure you give us at least 4 working days notice before you run out of food to ensure that we can keep enough of each brand/formula in stock to be able to full all orders without delay.  I will inform any customers if there are going to be any delays in getting your order out to you.

Recently it has been found that some customers who are ordering online are signing off from the website before the final order has been confirmed – this means that we do not get notification of your order as the process has not been completed in full.

 

To avoid this happening, please make sure that once the website has taken your order payment through to Paystation and you have received a confirmation of your payment being accepted that you then click on the link offered to return back to the order page to send your order to us.

 

You should receive two confirmations – one from Paystation (Buypoint) and one from us saying that we have received your order.

 

You should have your order within two working days (unless we have notified you otherwise), if you do not get it within this time frame, please contact us immediately.

 

 

We have recently received a letter from our Hills suppliers stating that there are going to be stock supply issues of the ‘Tender Chunks in Gravy’ pouch ranges of food.  They have said that they have some limited amounts of stock left, but that it will not last long.  Hills are not sure at this stage when the new stocks will be available, so if any customers would like some of these pouches in the near future, please order now to avoid disappointment.

 

 

The new bag sizes and prices have begun to come into stock on the larger bags of Proplan dog food.  For example:  The new bags sizes that have arrived now are 15.4kg Weight Management, 15.4kg Senior and 15kg Sensitive Skin all now $129.90 each.

 

Your loyalty cards will continue as usual, but your free bag will now be a 15kg or 15.4kg bag depending on your usual order formula.

 

We still have some Proplan metal storage bins available – please let us know if you would like one of these sent to you (sorry – only available with 8kg or larger Proplan dog or cat food bag purchases and only while stocks last).
